Now that the process is complete and after spending a moment reflecting on your service as our agent, the need to thank you formally is overwhelming. Your thoroughness, work ethic and professionalism made purchasing a home 1000 miles away easy and enjoyable. Your planning, coordination and execution of events made possible our satisfaction in purchasing a beautiful home in only two 3 day trips to Austin.

Visiting 35 homes in two days may sound like a daunting task but the experience was enjoyable and successful. Our time spent with you was so productive, we felt very satisfied with our understanding of the Austin market and geographic peculiarities on that first trip. Your ability to work with us remotely prior to the trip certainly contributed to the success but the execution of the visit plan was flawless.

The negotiation of the sale from Arizona was made possible through your tireless efforts to act as our local presence.
